    Application: Composer
Hello! I am Eric Gordon, a composer based out of Minneapolis! I would love to be a part of these projects. I am reposting this from a while back since nobody seemed to really respond. I grew up playing many RPG's and greatly understand the importance of the mood and emotion that comes from the background music. In fact, some of my favorite games growing up were composed by Jeremy Soule (Guild wars, Knights of the Old Republic and of course The Elder Scrolls games) and so I am quite familiar with him stylistically. I created two demo tracks for you that you can find down below. I've included both youtube links and Soundcloud because I know most people on their phones don't want to download the soundcloud app! The first track is a mockup of Morrowind and Skyrim. I combined the feel of both to create a new theme that has a few new subtle elements as well! It is quite interesting to hear the parts of Skyrim in the key that Morrowind is in! I wanted to create this track to prove to you guys that I actually posses the required equipment, and ear, as well as have experience writing orchestral music and am not just a fan of the games while being able to play random instruments. The second track I just whipped up as a background exploration theme. I included the ambient vocal passages like the original Skyrim soundtrack while adding that awesome Dulcimer that we love so much from the original! I have a pretty nice recording setup, so if needed, I could also provide voice actors as well as some tavern music with vocals! I also have access to some basic nature ambience too. Anyway, I hope to contribute to the project any way I can and at the very least, it would be nice to meet some great modders and game developers! I would quite honestly be willing to write an entire soundtrack, so long as there are only a few of us working on the music as I think continuity is a big deal with a video game. Everything from the writing style, to the mix/master, down to the actual sample libraries being used! Anyway, I just wanted to stop by here and introduce myself. Let me know what you think. Enjoy!!

Thank you both! I have posted in the other project forums as well, so hopefully I will hear back from someone. If anything changes, be sure to let me know!
