Something I've been working on having played around with the temple of the nine-divines. This is the start of the "front door" to what I want to eventually be a scots baronial style manor.
  6. Alternative to World Creator (geocontrol)?

I see, seems pretty expensive, could it turn something like this: Into something like this:
  7. It seems that geocontrol (now called world creator) doesn't work the same way it did in this tutorial anymore. you can't apply filters to imported height-maps anymore you need to use the "post" tools but I have no idea how, documentation isn't very good. I'm thinking of refunding it since it obviously won't do what I need it to. If anyone else has it and can tell me how to use it that would be great. If not could you please direct me to a similar program for processing heightmaps and adding detailed terrain filters.
  8. Is this still being worked on? Because those houses look great.
  9. Have you guys considered asking the folks working on Lordbound if they'd be willing to share their work? seems their working on this tileset too.
  10. Mod DB?

I actually asked on their mod db about it, this was the reply I got:
  11. Mod DB?

Know how one might get in touch with him?
  12. Mod DB?

hmm, I see. Is TheMedievalsKnights still working with you? You could do the whole mod, or create a different entry for each province. I wouldn't be surprised to see it make the top 100, especially when ppl see your work on Bruma.
  13. Mod DB?

Hello A loooooooooooooonnnnnngggggg time ago I posted a thread asking if/when you'd get this amazing mod up on moddb. You already have a Facebook page, articles on the nexus, interviews on Bethblog and have been featured several online publications, but there is till a big moddb-shaped hole in your promotion campaign. With the exception of Skywind most of the other big, ambitious mods have moddb pages, from Enderal, to "I Am the King" (Which I think is dead, unfortunately), CangLoong City, Luftahraan and MediEvil. I don't see why Beyond Skyrim should not be featured on moddb too. You seem to have created more than enough content to fill up the image and video galleries with plenty of juicy content. It would help to generate hype and possibly attract new talent. I'd say the mod certainly deserves the attention and publicity. P.S. I heard that some of the Enderal team might have quit because of the paid mods incident, I was wondering if there might have been a similar setback on the Beyond Skyrim team. I seem to remember you planned to release Bruma and the Jerral Mountains sometime last year, I hope nothing happened.
  14. Hello I'm thinking of getting back into Skyrim modding. Unfortunately I lost access to the Worldspace I created a while ago (It' wasn't very good in any case, mountains were way too high and steep). I had used this tutorial for which I got free trials of both Geocontrol and Photoshop which have long-since expired. I was wondering if there is a way to do this with free tools. I tried to use Gimp before I got the Photoshop trial and it didn't work. Thanks

The wolenes do look nice, especially in the screenshots you posted, but I'm not sure they have LOD. (correct me if I'm wrong.)
