Hello! (I am completely new to these forums, and have basically no clue as to how things work - but that's not there point; therefore I digress.) Nonetheless, I was wondering if anyone here had any idea as to what Aldmeri architecture is like. From in-game sources, you can see the Velothi architecture in Morrowind, the re-hashed-cookie-cutter homes from the MMO, and the White Gold Tower in Oblivion. But what would an actual Altmer, High-Elf home look like? Specifically, I am looking for concept art. I drew this picture (I am very bad at drawing. Atrociously bad.) and made a mesh in Blender - which I just so happen to be garbage at that too. I cannot get the colors right at all, it's extremely difficult doing the windows and trying to imitate the peaking, towering architecture that you would expect. Does anyone on the forum have any concept art they have seen? I am in desperate need of them because I'm trying to make a Skyrim mod. Tips would be appreciated. For further reference, I will link a few pictures from google to show what I was basing this off of. Sorry for so many images! Please reply with any general descriptions, comments, or images you can. Have a great day, and thanks in advance.
Hey guys! Here is my early ideas for a quest. Feel free to suggest ideas, hate or whatever Feast of Altmer Vices (Vigilants of Stendarr, College of Winterhold) Cast: Vigilant Nirmuld (Male, Breton), Unnamed Thalmor (female, Altmer), Molag Bal, Alrisid (Male, Breton) Requisite: None. Speak to Vigilant Nirmuld. Summary: When the player enters the College of Winterhold for the first time, they see Vigilant Nirmuld trying to recruit nameless mages for a mission, but has no luck. He’ll see the player and call out to him. Enter dialogue and he will explain he has gotten intelligence of a Molag Bal shrine from a Thalmor agent, who has been sacrificing Altmer to the Prince of Domination. However, he’s been struggling to recruit people for the task because of the dislike of the Thalmor in Skyrim, saying he has been looking across Skyrim holds. The player can either accept the mission, persuade the Vigilant to give them a larger payment (Because of hatred of Thalmor, Speech check of 60 which makes him offer you 1,000 gold up front) or refuse, which fails the mission. The Vigilant asks you to come with him to the Molag Bal shrine (Location undetermined yet. I’m thinking somewhere in the Reach?) to scope it out. Upon arrival, they discover it to be a cult of vampires, brutalising and torturing Altmer women for their god. The shrine is hidden in a cave, full of hostile vampires, but the sacrificial chamber itself is full of friendly vampire NPCs, blood and dead Altmer litter the chamber, including a Thalmor party. Alrisid is the leader of the cult, who has just finished killing a naked Altmer female. He questions the player’s presence, but doesn’t attack immediately, ordering his cultists to hold off initially, because Molag Bal himself has foreseen the Dragonborn’s arrival. He challenges the player to do one of three things, all of which come with benefits and drawbacks. 1) Participate in the slaughter and torture. If this is chosen, Alrisid escorts you to a separate chamber, his own private quarters where he has several naked Thalmor agents chained. (The men are all dead, women kept as torture slaves). He asks you to beat them all within an inch of their lives. You can accept, or refuse. Refusal will cause all the cultists to attack you, which can be a hard fight since you’re heavily outnumbered. After they are all dead, Molag Bal himself will appear before you. He will curse you for intervening with his “play”, and promises retribution at some point. His dialogue will be different if you’ve completed the House of Horrors Quest, simply showing disappointment his champion has intervened. He’ll be more amused, but still offer retribution. Nirmuld will still pay you for helping him, but is angry that you accepted in the first place. You won’t get a chance to be his follower. Rescued Thalmor will reward you with gold rewards, and Thalmor across Skyrim will be more friendly to you. Accept and torture the Thalmor, killing all of them. This causes Vigiliant Nirmuld to become hostile and attack you. Molag Bal will appear for the player, congratulating you on assisting his games. If his champion, he’ll give you extra dialogue. The rewards from this are up for debate, ideas? This will also mark you out by the Thalmor agent, who finds out you’re responsible for the slaughter. High-Level thalmor death squads will seek you across Skyrim with execution orders by Elenwen. The Molag Bal shrine will remain friendly to you, and you can barter with the vampires for rare items like Daedra hearts etc. Alrisid can join you as a follower. 2) Kill all the cultists. This is a difficult fight, for all are vampires and you can be infected. Once this is done, Molag Bal will appear, cursing you for intervening. (This causes vampire cultists loyal to Molag Bal to attack you at a later date, all high level and hard to kill.) Vigilant will thank you for this, give you a levelled gold reward along with a powerful charm, which grants the player 50% extra damage against daedra and vampires. He will also offer you his services as a follower. 3) There is a third option, to simply walk away and let them continue the purge of Altmer women. The vigilant will be hostile should you do this, cursing you and forcing you to fight him. This is the “morally grey option”, and will massively deteriorated player relations with both the Vigilant and the Thalmor, because you have failed your mission. Sometime later, you may find attacks by both the Vigilants and Thalmor death squads as “punishment.” All Thalmor will be hostile on sight, as well as Vigilants (except those essential to quests). The shrine will live on, and while they’re welcoming to you, the cultists will eventually be hostile if you linger there too long. Molag Bal gives you a speech applauding you for not getting involved with his fun, but nothing in-game will happen.

So, this "project" is basically inactive, so i would like to start it up. I have already made an elven house (actually just a retexture of Breezehome based on TES Online concept art). I can't do it alone, though. I need YOUR help to pull this off.
