  1. Hi there, I'd prefer to go by my handle Sirberus if that's alright. I'm looking to learn more about Papyrus and the CK and use that knowledge to help this wonderful project, no preference for province. I'm also a web developer and would be happy to help with that. I've written simple papyrus scripts so far and I'm learning more very day, but I do not have any published work to show for it at this time. Instead let me tell you a bit about my professional life so you can understand my skillset. I've been a programmer for over 7 years now, primarily in Python, and I've always been a designer at heart. Combined, this has led me down some interesting roads. My first job after college was in eLearning. From there I learned the fundamentals of HTML/CSS/Javascript, the design philosophies behind learning and tutorials, and more than I'd care to know about QA. We also edited audio and images in Audacity and Photoshop respectively. I also used Illustrator in personal projects at the time, and Python in both work and at home. Next I worked in biometrics, specifically fingerprint matching, where I learned a lot more about SQL and Powershell, and started digging around in batch and bash. At the end of my stay, I passed down some of my SQL and Powershell knowledge to our new-hires in the hopes that they could carry on what I started. Currently I work for Intel. I am the architect of a website on which I develop tools to aid in SSD testing. The site is my baby, having been designed, built, and maintained by me. I chose the server and the software stack, and configured them all. I chose and taught myself the web framework, Django. I write the SQL, Python, JavaScript (JQuery if you care), all of it. The tools I develop are used by ~60 of my coworkers in their daily work testing new SSDs before they go to market. I have also been training a coworker in these languages and technologies, and he is close to finishing his first tool for the site. I am an adept programmer, a multi-faceted designer comfortable working with various assets and tools, and I love to teach. I will keep learning Papyrus when I can, but nothing jumpstarts learning like some 1-on-1 help. Teach me what I need to know and I'll pour it back into your project and pay it forward by training others. Until then I will keep plugging away. You can find me on Discord as sirberus#6541. If you happen to see this and are looking for something outside of the Beyond Skyrim project I would also be interested so long as it's an SSE project and you can assist me in getting started. Cheers, ~ Sirberus
  2. SFX and Music

Hey All, I am a composer and sound designer interested in contributing to the project. I have primarily worked with UE4 over the last few years but know visual scripting, javascript, and a little bit of C++. Anyway, going to link my website that has my sound design reel and my music demoes and look forward to hearing from you. http://www.skylermoosman.com/ Thanks Skyler (AKA TheMooseman)
  3. Hi my name is Boston, and yes it's my real name, I am 19 (20 in January) and I just recently caught eye of your Bruma mod for Skyrim and I have to say that it is the single greatest expansion mod I have ever seen! When I first played it, it felt like an actual DLC made by Bethesda itself. I'm looking to hopefully be a part of that project in order to help it see fruition. Hammerfell is what really caught my eye, and I was really stoked to hear that not only were you actually creating Hammerfell with Skyrim's engine, but that you were asking for help to do it! Now as for my experience I actually lead my own game team at my College and our previous game won 2 awards at the IEEE Competition in Fullertonx California in June, and we are now currently working on a new, larger project to enter next year. On our last game I was the lead level designer and a concept artist and as of now I am the creative director, lead level designer, lead story writer, lead character designer, and lead weapon designer of the new project that I initially concepted and brought to the team. Although, contrary to what it may seem, I'm not all that busy with the game seeing as how right now the game is still in it's initial phases and my team has a lot of modelling to do before I can do too much. And on top of that, we only meet twice a week to work on our game at school. And now I would love to help out your project in any way I possibly can whether it be story writing, level design, character development, or anything that is not modelling, animation, texturing, and programming (because I have not learned those yet), or even just simple ideas and spitballing, just call me up and I'll help out. However minor thing is that I have not tried out Creation Engine/Kit yet for myself, however seeing as how I would only be world building and not actually programming, it wouldn't be to difficult to learn seeing as how it took me like a day to figure out most of Unity. Sorry about the long post, and I hope I'll hear from you soon. If I don't seem to reply in time enough for you just email me at Boston.r.bolles@gmail.com Thanks!
  4. Good day, Id like to apply to do grunt work for any project for the beyond skyrim team, i have done a fair amount of Java programming before, and a small bit of C# so id be well suited for doing grunt work until I've learned more of the coding spastic to skyrim. I have also done some modeling work in blender, not much, but enough once more for grunt work as I gain practice and skill with it. I am also very knowledgeable in elder scrolls lore and am a prolific story writer, and can be of assistance in those areas as well. Id be happy to assist in any way i can on any of the beyond skyrim projects you are working on (all the lore is fantastic and im fairly well versed in it all) My personal and primary goal is to use this as a learning experience, as i have always wanted to get involved in game development, and this to me seems a ideal way to get some background in it. Regards Mathian
  5. Hello everyone, I was brought here by a post about a Skyrim project called Hammerfell. I am a fan of the Elder Scroll series, and have been a dedicated user of mods posted to the Steam Workshop. It would be amazing to contribute to a mod of this scope and ambition. So a bit about myself: I consider myself a concept artist, graphic artist, illustrator, and 3D animator. I majored in Sequential Art and Animation at the Savannah College of Art and Design. If you look at my portfolio, I have done professional work in the games and animation industry. I have used 3D programs such as 3ds Max and Maya for many of the projects I have worked on. Though, most of my work is sci fi, I don't mind switching to fantasy. I am willing to work with any team so long as you can find a fit for me. I have some work up in my gallery. For more information, please check out my website and blog. http://jeffyu20.wix.com/jeff-yu-art http://jeffyu-art.blogspot.com/ If you wish to contact me, please email me at jeffyu20@gmail.com or skype me at xvortexbladex. Again, I want to say thank you for the opportunity to contribute to a fantastic looking game, I look forward to hearing from you. Sincerely, Jeff Yu Gallery: http://www.darkcreations.org/forums/user/6484-xvortexbladex/
  6. Do any projects need someone to design areas? Not actually make them but design them for other people to make. Using Paint.
